Any purchase of goods from the site www.aroschem.com or www.aroschem.co.uk requires the customer to consult and accept these terms and conditions. The click validating the order implies full acceptance of these terms and represents the customer's "digital signature".


Purpose

These terms and conditions are intended to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the sale of goods proposed online by ArosChem UK Ltd for the customer.

Order Confirmation

All contractual information will be confirmed by email to the address specified by the customer during the purchasing act.

Proof of Transaction

The records stored in ArosChem UK Ltd's computer systems under reasonable safety conditions are considered proof of communications, orders and payments made between the parties.

Purchase orders and invoices are stored on a reliable and durable system and can be produced as evidence.

Data Protection

All personal data you provide us is used to process your orders. This data will be treated in accordance with the Data Protection principles outlined in the Data Protection Act 1998.

Payment

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. The VAT will be added to all invoices.

Payment is due 30 days from the date of statement. Interest may be charged on accounts at a rate of 2% per month accruing daily.

ArosChem UK Ltd will invoice at cost all packaging, carriage charges, tax and duties on any order to be delivered with in the UK. All orders will be subject to a £5.00 carriage charge.

ArosChem UK Ltd will invoice an extra carriage charge on all orders delivered to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands & Scottish Offshore Islands dependant upon weight and carrier surcharges. Any order over a weight of 1.5kg will be sent by carrier and incur the extra charge of £10.00

ArosChem UK Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, alter specifications and prices of any of the goods or services offered, without prior notice and to correct clerical omissions and errors in this our product and price list.

ArosChem UK Ltd retains the ownership of the goods until they are paid for in full.

You agree that ArosChem UK Ltd's liability for or in respect of any goods supplied to you from thiswebsite in respect of which any claim or loss arises is limited in all cases to the value of the goods paid. Under no circumstances will ArosChem UK Ltd be liable for loss or damage suffered by you or anyone else for any cause whatsoever resulting from the sale or use of such goods. Furthermore, ArosChem UK Ltd will not be responsible for any informationon this website, which has been reproduced from third party sources.

Claims & Returns

Customers must notify Aroschem UK of any returns by phone or email prior to returning items. If we are not expecting a return from you it is possible that your items will not be accepted. Full details of the reason for return must be given. Your customer account number and the copy of the invoice, which the goods were supplied with, must accompany returned goods. . A credit note will not be raised unless the original invoice can be traced.

Claims for errors, damages and shortages must be made within 3 days of delivery. Returns of non faulty goods will only be accepted if received back within 5 working days of date dispatched from warehouse and without dispensing labels applied. Non-faulty goods returned after more than 10 days will be charged a disposal fee.

We will credit you or acknowledge receipt of any return within 3 days of receipt. If you have not heard from us by this date please contact our sales staff immediately. We cannot credit returned goods lost in transit or goods found to be damaged in transit to ArosChem UK Ltd.

We do not accept returns of fridge items e.g. Glucagen Hypokit.

Pharmaceuticals will only be accepted for return by ArosChem UK Ltd for the following reasons.

• To correct an error in delivering or ordering.
• In response to a product recall.
• Where products or packages are alleged to be faulty.
